About me

I’m Irene, and I walk with women (and all beings called to this work) into the sacred terrain of the body, spirit, and self.

My journey began with yoga and sister circles—gatherings rooted in ritual, movement, and sisterhood. Those spaces were portals, and over the years they opened me to deeper layers of healing: somatic awareness, trauma integration, and the wise support of sacred plant allies.

Now, I work primarily in the realm of somatic facilitation and microdose coaching, offering 1:1 sessions, group journeys, and ceremonial containers. My approach is intuitive, body-based, and grounded in reverence.

I fine tune and curate sessions that create a deeper sense of joy, self discovery and embody one’s true desires. It's ok to not always be shooting glitter from that sexy unicorn butt, seriously…I’ve tried.

Somatic work has transformed the way that communicate with my body. It has also reshaped the way that I teach and work with clients. Sessions with me are an accumulation of embodiment, somatics as well as years of gained wisdom through my own journey of healing and self actualization. 

Everything I’ve done up until now, all the self-work, the endless trainings, the magical moments of integration have led me exactly where I'm at now. It has allowed me to connect to the energy and frequency that draws in what I wish to share with the world, it brought me to you!

I believe healing is not a fix—it’s a return. A remembering.
