About me

I’m Irene Joy — a yoga teacher, somatic guide, microdosing coach, and space holder for sacred transformation. 

Everything I’ve lived, practiced and healed through has guided me here, sharing and connecting to the energy and frequency that I wish to share with the world.

Somatic work has transformed the way that communicate with my body. It has also reshaped the way that I teach and work with clients.  

Sessions with me are an accumulation of embodiment, somatic practices as well as years of gained wisdom through my own journey of healing. My approach is intuitive, body-based, and grounded in intention. 

I offer 1:1 somatic + microdosing journeys, group containers, and ceremonial spaces. I fine tune and curate every session for you to create a deeper sense of joy and self discovery.
