I’m Irene Joy —a somatic guide, microdosing coach, and space holder for sacred transformation.

I am a seasoned yoga teacher and space holder for feminine leadership. Over the years these spaces have opened me to deeper layers of healing: somatic awareness, trauma integration, and the profound support of sacred plant medicine allies. 

 I now work primarily in the realm of somatic facilitation and microdose coaching, offering 1:1 sessions, group journeys, and ceremonial containers.

Somatic work has transformed the way that communicate with my body. It has also reshaped the way that I teach and work with clients.  My approach is intuitive, body-based, and grounded in intention. I fine tune and curate sessions to create a deeper sense of joy and self discovery.

It's ok to not always be shooting glitter from that sexy unicorn butt, seriously…I’ve tried.

Everything I’ve done up until now, all the self-work, the endless trainings, the magical moments of integration have guided me to connect to the energy and frequency that I wish to share with the world. Sessions with me are an accumulation of embodiment, somatic practices as well as years of gained wisdom through my own journey of healing and self actualization.
